摩擦热对减速机中油温的影响怎么解决

摩擦热对减速机中油温的影响部分国产减速箱加油及换油周期频繁,最短甚至天天都要检查,2~3月就得进行换油,即使是进口减速箱换油周期也得最少保证一年两次,润滑剂消耗量特别大。

减速机油温通常要求在70℃左右,油温高是减速箱润滑失效的主要原因,具体体现在以下几方面:润滑油粘度急剧下降,润滑油乳化;引起摩擦局部油膜破坏,润滑失效,降低设备承载能力;导致齿轮断齿、胶合、点蚀及异常磨损,降低设备寿命;润滑油碳化,积碳,形成渣滓;降低油封寿命;其中油温高导致设备中齿轮的异常磨损,减少设备的寿命。设备中齿轮的异常磨损也会导致油温升高,如此恶性循环,设备快速损坏。

造成油温高的主要原因是润滑剂不能在摩擦面形成油膜来保护设备,从而产生大量的摩擦热,摩擦热促使油温升高,致使润滑剂的润滑效果进一步下降,最终造成润滑剂失效变质,设备磨损。
